This place was one on the cleanest Airbnb I’ve been so far. Very peaceful area with beautiful views. The host is responsive at all times. Will definitely return. Overall experience was 10/10.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido! La casa era accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli, ma il vero punto forte è stata la piscina: davvero di altissimo livello, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi appieno la vacanza. I padroni di casa sono stati gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

The location was perfect, you just have to cross the street in an alley and you’re at the DMCC metro. The residence itself is just like on the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool with its amazing view on the marina. And great communication with the host. We had an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Dubai. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including an organic shop, which made our family trip much easier. In addition, there are many great restaurants in the area, giving us the choice of cooking at home or enjoying dining out. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, well equipped, very clean, and well maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

The best apartment I’ve ever stayed in in my life. Nothing was missing—starting from kitchenware, towels, and even the smallest details. Clean, excellent, high standard. Everything is comfortable, with complete privacy. A nice gym. The pool is closed until the end of September for renovations. Perfect and completely quiet view. The apartment is perfect, and I wanted to return to it, but it was already booked.

This is a lovely, bright apartment with beautiful sunset, skyline, and partial golf course views. Construction noise was minimal, as the apartment is on a high floor. The way Settler has equipped this apartment makes it very family-friendly and sets them apart as one of the top Airbnb hosts in Dubai. They communicate quickly and are highly professional. We loved Binghatti’s kitchen; it’s modern, practical, and makes great use of space. The building is new, clean, and includes a very convenient parking spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and found dealing with Settler to be very pleasant.

The accommodation was beautiful, fully equipped with everything a family needs. The views were great, even better from the swimming pool. The host were professional and they know what they're doing. The location was also brilliant with off street secure parking. We had a great stay and didn't feel like leaving. Currently we are in Abu Dhabi and missing Dubai and especially the accommodation. AC worked fantastically, the flat was spacious and furniture looked even better than the photos. The facilities worked perfectly as well as the appliances. We will be visiting again in October this year and will definitely be looking for accommodation by this Host. Thanks for a great stay guys, the family and I loved it!

We had a 3 week stay in the apartment & Felt right at home during our stay . 2 adults + children 12yrs/8yrs Location is brilliant as right on the marina JBR only 5 min walk away . The views were amazing from apartment. Thought out the process settle homes where brilliant,very responsive/clear instructions/always keeping us updated with the process. Would definitely use again . We had an amazing stay at sparkle towers and we could not fault a thing & Well worth staying here . Thank you

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien aménagé, avec un vrai standing qui le rend particulièrement agréable à vivre. Le petit plus qui a fait toute la différence : le jacuzzi, dont nous avons pleinement profité en famille avec les enfants. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous recommandons vivement ! L'hôte est très réactif et se rend totalement disponible afin de faciliter notre séjour. L'emplacement est top : Bay Square juste en face !
